For the Junior Recruiter role, we are looking for a colleague that is:

• Experienced in using MS Office applications.
Previous similar experience represents an advantage.
As Junior Recruiter, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment processes for SSC open vacancies, in line with Yokogawa’s policies and employer branding strategy:
Prepare and advertise job ads.
Review and select suitable applications.
Direct search and approach suitable candidates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure selection process.
Maintain communication with candidates.
• Support administrative activities related to the recruitment processes:
Prepare and present hiring offers to selected candidates.
Collaborate and support all local and regional Yokogawa responsible teams to ensure professional and efficient hiring and onboarding processes for the new joiners.
Ensure correct and timely reporting for the SSC recruitment processes.
• Initiate and sustain projects and initiatives to support the development of well prepared and engaged SSC teams.
• Ensure alignment of the SSC recruitment processes and initiatives with the global and regional HR strategy.
