Financial Reporting Senior

TGS Romania, is the Romanian practice of TGS Global. TGS is represented in Romania by two successful firms Fidexpert Audit & TPG Group. Both companies have been active in the Romanian market for a considerable number of years (Fidexpert since 1994 and TPG from 2009).

We have an employment force of 80 professionals (certified accountants, certified auditors, certified fiscal consultants) who have been trained to cater for the requirements of the most demanding clients.

We are looking to hire a senior specialist with experience on financial reporting, who will be able to provide qualitative and timely delivery service to our client portfolio.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in preparing full set of the management financial reporting and IFRS financial statements
- Extensive knowledge of statutory accounting skills and IFRS
- Qualifications: CAFR/ CECCAR and ACCA
- Good command of English
- Problem-solving, strong written communication skills, pro-active and capable to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize activities in fast-paced environment.

- The Financial Reporting Senior will be responsible for working with clients to prepare the full set of financial statements under IFRS and international group reporting instructions, including footnotes
- Preparation of management reporting and other analysis as required
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management financial statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
- Prepare various financial information as required by the clients.
