SAP PLM – Junior Level

The Bucharest Office is one of AG’s IT Centers that offers support for the Corporation Teams in the Data warehouse, System Engineering, QA Automation Engineering, Web & Mobile Development arias.

Requirements and skills:
• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or any other related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience with SAP PLM or any SAP standard modules such as Material Management/ Production Planning/ Plant Maintenance etc. as Business User/ Support Consultant roles.
• A solid understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management process.
• Hands on experience in retail or manufacturing positions.
• Additionally, he/she should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and techno-functional skills and a great team spirit.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of SQL Concepts and Queries.
• Experience working with on/off shore application support and project resources.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving, assessing whether standard functionality and or reasonable custom solutions meets the business requirements.
• Experienced with all aspects of SAP Implementation process: Business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, production cutover, end-user training, and production support.

Responsibilities
• Act as an internal consultant for providing SAP PLM global solutions and partner with peers in the IT and PLM organization to determine business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of the SAP applications.
• Analyze business/technical requirements and translate process into practice through the current SAP application functionality.
• Configure SAP PLM solutions to meet client business requirements, including connection points with MM, PP, PM and other modules, legacy systems and implementation of SAP best practices.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives. After the implementation, support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand financial processes across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with representatives of other SAP functional areas and legacy systems to ensure end to end process integration and consistency.

This position will be a member of the AG Digital SAP Application Support Services team, reporting to the SAP Application Support Lead. This individual will focus on support and small-scale enhancement work for our SAP PLM. This role will work closely with cross functional IT peers & business partners to understand business and technical problems and provide quality support. Occasionally, this individual will partner with IT peers and business partners to understand business priorities, gather requirements, design and develop solutions to meet business objectives.
