    Job role
    We are hiring a talented Financial Accountant - Accounting Analytics LH to join our team in Bucharest office. The role is part of Bucharest Financial Hub which provide finance related services to various Allianz entities around the globe. Our main role is to analyze the group IFRS and Solvency II figures of all international subsidiaries to achieve a quality assurance and in depth analysis for the group senior management
    Responsibilities

    •  Participate in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of Allianz Group under IFRS and the Solvency II reporting requirements
    • Collaborate closely with our international subsidiaries and guide the local accounting departments on IFRS and Solvency II investment accounting topics
    • Analyze the results of our actual and plan reporting purposes and provide to-the-point summaries to management
    • Collaborate with internal departments like Investor Relations, Controlling, Risk and with external auditors and the regulator
    • Carrying out regular reviews, ad-hoc reporting, ad-hoc analysis and projects
    • Driving improvements and implementation of global operation processes and quality assurance of global policies and procedures regarding the areas of accounting in IFRS
    Requirements
    • Strong academic background (preferably Accounting, Business Administration, Economics)
    • Good ability to interact with different stakeholders
    • Experience in a group accounting function or a big four company is a plus
    • Good experience with SAP , especially BW
    • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
    • Excellent technical and analytical skills, logical in approach and high attention to detail International (IFRS) accounting knowledge, IFRS 17 and Solvency II knowledge a plus ACCA, CECCAR or similar diplomas are a plus Knowledge of MS Office
