• Studii superioare absolvite

• Primește apeluri de la clienții finali, e-mailuri, solicitări social media, chat-uri, mesaje
• Interacțiunea cu clienții pentru furnizarea și prelucrarea de informații la solicitările venite despre produse și servicii (TV, TABLETE, ELECTROCASNICE, DEVICE GAMING) Printre acestea se numara dispozitive utilizate pentru divertisment, comunicații și recreere.

Orar de lucru: Luni- Vineri 8 ore + 1h pauza de masa in 2 ture ce trebuie sa acopere intervalul 09:00 și 21:00, 1 zi/ saptamana se lucreaza de acasa, restul de se lucreaza la birou
Trainingul dureaza aproximativ o luna.
Media apelurilor este de 10-15 pe zi.
