Junior Project Manager for an international construction company

University Degree, preferably technical;
Fluency in English (written and verbal);
Previous experience managing construction projects;
Creativity, problem solving, negotiation skills;
Adaptability;
Result and solution orientation;
Experience in working in an international environment;
Teamwork.

Time - ensuring the project is on-time and advising senior management on all potential delays and impacts on time;
Money - advising project financials (Budget vs Actual; Cash Flow (we must be vigilant for all projects to be in a cash positive position);
Resources - ensures Site team has all resources required to complete execution of project (Sub-Contracting works; Key Component Procurement; Site facilities Procurement; Site Equipment procurement; Small Material & Tools Procurement);
Responsible for direct customer liaison;
Responsible to coordinate all external activities (Grid Connection (if Applicable); CCTV & SCADA systems integrations; initial set-up of all after COD (Commercial Operating Date) activities;
Providies active and pending NTP project status reporting;
Provides Pipeline Project Planning report
Coordinates all Pre-NTP (Notice To Proceed) Project Team meetings (Project SWOT meeting to incl Engineering);
Ensures all Project Documentation is available prior to NTP of Project;
Organizing lessons learned for all completed projects to include detailed debrief on all projects;
Conducts project site visits and reviews reporting.
