Payroll Specialist

The payroll specialist role is responsible for coordinating payroll for EMEA subsidiaries and branches of Veeam group and will work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Report into EMEA Payroll Manager, work together in coordinating payroll for EMEA subsidiaries and branches of Veeam group

• Work with local payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate information flow

• Prepare monthly payroll input files, review local service providers' payroll calculations, monitor tax and social security liability, and liaise directly in case of queries

• Work with HR on employees' queries related to payroll calculation, respond to employee inquiries in a prompt and detailed way

• Work with HR and EMEA Controller to ensure payments are reviewed and released on time and are compliant with local laws

• Support during external annual audits in payroll related queries and reconciliations

• Payroll process enhancement projects as required

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in finance/ HR or economics recommended or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in finance area, payroll processing

Knowledge And Skills

• Good analytical skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

• Good communication skills.

• Good teamwork skills
