Services: Windows Active Directory Administration, Exchange/Office 365 Administration.
Troubleshooting various operating systems: Windows 10 and MacOS (basic Linux is a bonus); Android and IOS for mobiles.
Troubleshooting O365 components: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive etc.
Hardware: Desktop and laptop components replacement.
Network peripherals: Basic Printers, WAN and LAN maintenance.
Previous experience with a ticketing software (like Jira) and inventory software (like LanSweeper) will be considered an advantage.
Previous purchasing/acquisitions experience with IT equipment and software is a bonus.
Excellent oral and written communication required in both English and Romanian.
Works closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth escalations, close working relationships and effective end-to-end customer assistance.
This position also requires mobility, international travel being necessary (one week for 3 or 4 times a year).
Responsible for new employees onboarding – preparing the workplace, accounts, explaining basic internal company systems and redirecting to pertinent administrators for various access needs.
Various internal platforms administration.
Responsible for IT related purchases (phones, laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and consumables, servers, upgrades, various software).
Basic Printers, WAN and LAN maintenance (cleaning printers, replacing printer toner and clearing paper jams, replacing broken LAN cables or connectors).
Keep track of and add to internal inventory systems of all new and existent IT equipment.
