TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE (B2B) – MERCHANT PARTNERS & BRANDS

You have min 1 year experience in a Customer Service/Telesales position (B2B).
You are graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
You have demonstrated:
− Problem solving via innovation & creativity
− Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
− Good knowledge of MS Office
− Can-do attitude and results-driven
− Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
− Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
− Excellent phone manner and articulation
− Result oriented skills
− Excellent planning and time management/prioritization skills
− Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Languages required: Romanian & English.
YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
The Telesales Representative B2B – Merchant Partners & Brands will prospect, contact and promote company services to new and existing affiliated merchants.
Hunting: Identify new opportunities to promote and commercialize the company's solutions and services to new clients.
He/she will be in charge of:
− prospect the market through various available channels: databases, networking, media, recommendations
− identify new opportunities to promote the company's services by contacting potential merchants (by telephone and / or by e-mail)
− inform other members of the department about the opportunities identified in order to define the best solutions for the client
− qualifies leads and service presentations for prospective merchants starting from the identified needs
− negotiate specific contractual terms with potential merchants in collaboration with the direct superior and in accordance with the applicable law and the company's internal procedures
− prepare and provide analyzes and reports on the identification of potential affiliates
− participate in projects of interest to affiliated partners.
