Manage entry level customer related issues.
Record all customer interactions into a CRM.
Maintain acceptable call evaluation requirement & KPIs.
Comprehend and understand technical documents, quick start guides, and special application documentation.
Support the development of internal documentation.
Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives including self help.
bachelor's degree final year student or master degree student
business fluent in English and French or Spanish
Basic understanding of electronics concepts would be an advantage
Knowledge/experience with CRM/SAP would be an advantage
Intermediate level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
