    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
    • You have minimum 3 years of experience in the Automotive or Consumer electronics industry;
    • You have been a Project Leader of minimum one completed project of a reasonable size (min. 10 team members);
    • You have work experience within a multicultural and multinational environment;
    • You are familiar and able to drive projects to completion using different Project management methodologies;
    • You have the ability to discuss high-level systems architecture, communicate effectively with engineers and understand engineering development processes including code review, development environments and testing strategies;
    • You have outstanding communication skills, problem solving and self-motivated attitude, analytical thinking, ability to cooperate within project teams, initiative, persuasiveness and assertiveness;
    • You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects;
    • You're a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally;
    • You're not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges;
    • English - excellent communicational skills in both spoken and written.

    Nice to have:

    • German - it is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.

    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to work within our team.

    In your role you will:

    • Be managing development activities of leading automotive electronics products while cooperating with international development partners and Bosch production plants;
    • Be leading international and interdisciplinary project teams (HW, SW, system and mechanical engineering), with active participation and responsibility in each phase of the project from quotation to start of production;
    • Be tracking and controlling quality and timing targets;
    • Prepare and maintain project documents according to Bosch quality system;
    • Be attending regular meetings with the customers, update special characteristics and negotiations of quality targets;
    • Implement improvement measures within the project;
    • You will need to ensure delivery of project scope on time and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and stakeholder expectations;
    • You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
    • You will measure and track project performance using specific data, tools and technique;
    • You take ownership of projects and tasks;
    • You will remove any barriers that might prevent achievement of project business goals.
