• Activity and capacity planning in close alignment with global and regional team leads;
• Updating contracting database for PST (Process Solution team) team (approx. 78 team members);
• Actively manage task lists and align with project, resource managers and PST team members;
• Follow up with team members on project support;
• Follow up on support tasks to ensure reaching KPIs;
• Prepare data and documentation for management reporting (e.g. ongoing demand/supply review, PIA/Project follow-up, etc.);
