Technical Bachelor degree;
Knowledge of quality standards IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001;
Good command of quality tools (PDCA-FTA, FMEA, ANPQP, QRQC, 5why, fishbone);
Superior communication and negotiation skills;
Accountability in the decision making process;
Superior command of English (conversational & written).

Develops and implements Leoni standards through work instructions;
Ensures and monitors document control;
Coordinates and trains multidisciplinary teams to have a sufficient level of knowledge about quality standards;
Ensures compliance with customer regulations as well as IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001;
Represents and interfaces in IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 audits;
Prepares management review activities in the plant and transmits to Head of Country QM system & audit;
Plans, conducts and monitors process audits;
Monitors process parameters at plant level for internal audit;
Analyzes and transmits corrective and preventive actions resulting from IATF16949 audits and internal process/product audits;
Provides support for the establishment of the annual internal audit plan, for quality system and process audits according to VA3011;
Analyzes, monitors and distributes client specific documentation;
Complies with CSR and Country level regulations through the quality system;
Transmits CSR and customer technical and quality requirements to impacted departments and conducts their review on a regular basis;
Provides support to the Country QM system & audit in performing factory and Country SWOT analysis, taking into account the results of factory audits.
