    Requirements

    Technical bachelor’s degree;
    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
    PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC AIAG;
    ISO 9001 e IATF16949 current edition;
    Problem solving: 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, Fault tree analysis.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for handling customer complaints, managing customer audits, managing CSR (customer specific requirements) within the company, monitoring performance, creating action plans and promoting zero defect culture;
    Ensures CSR implementation and is responsible for ANPQP;
    Handles customer complaints and corrective actions;
    Analyzes feedback data and develops improvement plans;
    Manages customer audits;
    Establishes the action plan;
    Monitors performance at the plant and in the field of the customer.
