    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Technical University degree;
    Advanced English language skills (French would be an advantage);
    Attention to details, self organized, good time management skills.



    Completing day to day tasks and establishing good communication between the customer and technical team;
    Receiving clients requests, creating quotations based upon fixed rate card, registering POs, delivering the projects and updating the internal trackers/database;
    Providing real-time scheduling support;
    Generating internal/external reports and transcribing minutes from meetings;
    Creating presentations;
    Handling multiple tasks independently, and as part of a team;
    Coordinating and working with project team members.
