    Requirements

    Experience & education
    • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing / CRM (including implementing campaigns, performance analysis, database management) or in consulting or in data analytics
    • You are graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science

    Competencies
    • Technical knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
    • Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Excellent problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations
    • Strong project management skills
    • Open-minded team player, able to influence and work with sales teams
    • Results-oriented with hands-on attitude and solid track record on ability to execute
    • A sound commercial understanding and experience balancing user and business needs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of marketing automation techniques is a plus

    Languages required
    • Fluent in English

    Responsibilities

    YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
    You will be responsible for supporting sales teams’ performance. You will build best-in-class outbound sales campaigns designed to gain new customers or to develop existing customers.
    Your key responsibilities will be:

    Business intelligence
    • Perform segmentation and data analysis of market and client portfolio to assess full business potential
    • Leverage competitive and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
    • Make recommendations on sales coverage optimization to maximize business impact

    Database segmentation
    • Perform segmentation of prospects and clients in the CRM to have clear visibility on data quality and quantity
    • Define criteria and database to prioritize clusters of targets
    • For each cluster, define action plan and assign them to the right sales channels

    Campaign preparation
    • Build a yearly planning of outbound campaigns and set financial objectives in collaboration with sales & marketing teams
    • Throughout the year, for each campaign:
    o Set campaign modalities: audience, operational objectives, timeline, resources, channels
    o Provide sales teams with the right materials (e.g., pitch, objection management, articles, email templates)

    Campaign management
    • Roll out and monitor campaigns with the right dashboards and KPIs
    • Analyze results and identify drivers of over/under-performances to optimize future campaigns with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Introduce routines to strengthen collaboration between sales & marketing teams

    Database strategy & management
    • Take action to enrich the database:
    o To improve database quantity: buy database from 3rd-party providers
    o To improve database quality: hire a 3rd-party provider to update database, or use contact enrichment tools internally for small quantities of data
    • Set up regular processes to guarantee data quality: routines to review how sales teams fill the CRM, database recycling, pipeline cleaning
