Junior Data Support Specialist

What we expect from you:
• Advanced knowledge of working with PC, especially MS office with an emphasis on Excel and Word, experience with other systems is an advantage
• Carefulness, consistency, punctuality, proactivity, openness, interest in learning new things and flexibility
• Communication skills for working cooperation in a team
• English at least at B2 level
• You enjoy working with data - data analysis is your own :)

Notino is currently the European leader in the online sale of perfumes and cosmetics. Our packages are enjoyed by people in 27 European countries, and as we are now expanding our teams, we need someone to help us with more than just data support for our sales team. This role can be also full-time or part-time, depending on your preferences.

Your Responsibilities:
• Administrative and data support of the sales team, with a focus on data management and analysis
• Entering data from sales representatives into internal systems and applications
• Preparation and processing of documents in MS office (with an emphasis on Excel)
• Preparation of reports, statistics, work in the CRM system
• Data processing and control in systems
• Communication with other team members across the department
• Routine administrative tasks
