    YOU MUST HAVE:

    Bachelor’s Degree .
    Fluent in English communication.
    Minimum 2 years relevant of experience in purchasing, accounts payable or marketing operations.
    Ability to work in cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization.
    Good working knowledge of SAP.

    Reporting to the Performance Materials and Technologies Senior Director Digital Marketing the Purchase Order Management supports the execution and complete cycle of procurement processes to raise purchase orders and collaborate with the Honeywell sourcing team to ensure that purchase orders and vendors are set up accordingly.
    This is a great opportunity to join and support a fast-moving customer marketing function within Performance Materials and Technologies​team in Bucharest, Romania.

    Responsibilities:

    Day-to-day management of the Performance Materials and Technologies marketing team purchase order (POs) requests.
    Work with key stakeholders in marketing and sourcing to ensure timely raising of Pos.
    Work with sourcing to complete vendor set up for new vendors.
    Work with customer marketing team to ensure that invoices have been submitted prior to the end of the quarter.
    Process goods receipts on time.
    Update customer marketing trackers and make sure Honeywell procurement policies are followed.
