    Requirements

    Company has international exposure, complex and challenging projects on engineering consulting services in energy field.
    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks usually using French and English and support company’s senior-level managers on projects.

    To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have good management support skills, communication skills and be able to act without guidance. You should demonstrate responsibility, diplomacy, correct reasoning, and confidentiality.

    Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include:
    • Preparing bidding support documentation, expense reports, taking into account specific documents requirements: formatting, information completion, proof-reading;
    • Project manager support in preparation of projects;
    • Managing calendars, making travel arrangements;
    • Relationship with other departments and support provided to project managers;
    • You will contribute to the efficiency of company’s business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements and skills:
    • Good verbal and written communications skills in English and French.
    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role;
    • Excellent knowledge using: MS Office, PDF, Adobe apps;
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications;
    • Discretion and confidentiality.
