    We are looking for new mates to join our team.
    If you have:
    -Fluency in Italian
    -Good communication and interaction skills
    -Problem solving and analytical skills
    -Customer service orientation
    -Good PC knowledge (at user level)
    -An elevated team spirit
    -A previous call center experience is considered an advantage

    Responsabilitati

    What you are supposed to do:
    -Calls management, both inbound and outbound calls
    -Provide support to customers by phone or e-mail
    -Solve special situations following the existing procedures
