For our business partner, a dynamic SaaS start-up company that created one of the most practical solutions to reduce chaos and bring order to the support process, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer.

The product is a platform that can work by itself, as well as in conjunction with complementary solutions and you will join a team with an extended professional history together, in their endeavor to transform it and position it on the market.

Requirements:

At least 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
Experience using an already established set of styles and components. And a firm understanding of design systems.
A clear understanding of the importance of customer-centered design and design thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional team members
A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic design and the latest design trends.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and strategy phases of a project.
Creating wireframes and mockups for already existing and new functionality.
Optimize existing user interface designs.
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
Create prototypes for new product ideas.
Be a champion for customer-centered design by testing your solutions.
Conduct ongoing user research.
