-Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills;
-Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs and other online programs;
-Technical experience applicable to buildings and installation systems;
-English at an advanced level.

-Maintaining and storing documentation efficiently;
-Daily management and operation of the studios in the building;
-Maintaining the installation and records to ensure compliance with the company's standards;
-Support the development and communication of policies and the relevant procedure for the management of facilities;
-Providing relevant and compliant advice to stakeholders in the facilities;
-Working directly with the Facility Manager;
-Ensuring the proper functioning of all functions of the building;
-Assisting in solving problems related to construction services;
-Liaising with maintenance contractors to maintain all building functions, including Communications, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Security, Lifts, Structural, Waste Streams, Cleaning, Equipment, and Office Equipment;
-Assisting and providing facility support to management in installation-repair projects.
