    The role is to support the LSEG Insurance Manager with day-to-day activities, including, but not limited to:

    Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

    • Works under supervision and direction from more senior level roles
    • Ensures key risks are documented and remediation actions are tracked for completion
    • Develops and maintains relationships with all stakeholders during risk and control assessments
    • Acts as a Second Line of Defence for business stakeholders
    • Contributes to the delivery of risk reports, guideline materials and presentations.
    • Assisting with the overall administration of the insurance portfolio.
    • Supporting various parts of the business and internal key stakeholders, across all territories, with ad hoc insurance queries, requests and projects, and seeking responses from brokers where relevant.
    • Building and maintaining key internal stakeholder relationships.
    • Working with Property, HR and other stakeholders to maintain an up-to-date list of values and sums insured and making relevant disclosures to brokers when required.
    • Collecting, collating, and reviewing data for the purposes of the annual Group corporate insurance renewal process.
    • Assisting with follow up queries and requests from brokers and insurers, tracking information sharing, and ensuring all information requests have been fulfilled prior to deadlines.
    • Ensuring all renewal documentation is received, including local policies, and the business is compliant with local regulatory insurance requirements across all territories.
    • Tracking received invoices, reviewing their accuracy, and working with the Insurance Admin Team to ensure payment deadlines are met.
    • Following up with brokers regarding certificate requests from the business when required, reviewing certificates for accuracy, and sending to the appropriate team internally.
    • Ensuring certificates legally required to be displayed are sent to the appropriate teams internally.
    • Assisting with contractual reviews and making appropriate recommendations regarding landlord and supplier insurance clauses.
    • Assisting with raising awareness within the business regarding LSEG's minimum insurance standards.
    • Providing Travel Claims support where required.
    • Working with the Insurance Admin Team to onboard new suppliers.
    • Updating and maintaining Cyber insurance vendor list when necessary.
    • Assisting with maintaining the Corporate Insurance intranet page and updating content where required.


    Key Skills & Experience:

    • University Degree.
    • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Reliable team player who works well in a team and on own initiative.
    • Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and balance workload.
    • Must have willingness and enthusiasm for learning and developing.
    • Achieved a minimum of A-Level qualification (or equivalent).
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience of working in a corporate environment.
    • A background or interest in financial services or insurance is preferred.
