Project Manager @Edenred

You have graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology or Business Management, or a similar field.

You have demonstrated:
− Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business, minimum 1-2 years in IT and minimum 2 years in a PM role or people coordination role in Product Management, Process Management, Operations Management
− Demonstrated experience in managing or sustaining successful projects with project teams
− Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programmed plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
− Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, well organized person, self-responsible
− Quick self-starter, proactive attitude, autonomy
− Experience in developing, analyzing and tracking projects
− Proven ability to effectively evaluate and mitigate the risks of a project
− Experience in effective communication with both senior management and team members
− Strong team spirit
− Ability to work under tight deadlines and with multiple topics in parallel
− Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
− Interest in customer and user experience, digital products, data analytics, innovative products and tools
− Project management / Process Management/ Agile / Scrum Certificates - nice to have
- Languages required: Romanian & English

Your role:

-Ensure the successful delivery of projects through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting against the targets/deadlines.
-Assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for the programs and projects allocated for coordination, within Edenred and Benefit.

We expect you to act as an ambassador and promotor of healthy project and process management practices. Therefore you:

− Have exposure to top management and will work with all Edenred and Benefit teams
− Responsible for end-to-end project coordination – project initiation, planning, implementation, testing, releases and closing
− Contribute to and review the project proposal to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project, in line with Edenred and Benefit strategic goals and objectives
− Collaborate with internal teams, prepare project related documents for all Stakeholder, based on their need of information and area of interest
− Develop positive relationships with Project Sponsors and project teams to enable a consistent and qualitative project and portfolio management within the organization
− Manage resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges
− Regularly report project progress to the line manager, senior management and/or the sponsor/client for all necessary reporting, project and portfolio level
− Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders
− Participate to establishment and management of a project and portfolio methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting
− Ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
− Change Management across the allocated projects, for all areas impacted by the deliverables
