    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - You have advanced English Skills (B2);
    - Your mind is driven by initiative and innovation;
    - You have an interest in Telecommunications and / or Internet Service Provider Companies;
    - You have minimum 6 months of previous work experience in Customer Service;
    - You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point);
    - You are determined to find the best results and solutions, even when pressure and changes arise;
    - You understand market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions to customers, building trust with stakeholders and bringing value in the process;
    - You have the mindset of a winner, knowing that nothing can stop you from becoming greater and greater.

    Responsabilitati

    - Provide functional and technical support for resolution of the customer requests;
    - Manage order process from end to end: validation and updating, tracking, ensuring activation, billing registration;
    - The activity will mostly be through a ticket system and by mail.
