Our customers hire us to support their player communities, troubleshoot issues and find out how their experience could be improved. We pride ourselves on making player communication more personal.

What would you bring:

You are a Romanian native speaker & know at a C1 level Spanish language;
You have a conversational level of English;
You are natural at engaging and leading conversations;
You are interested in sports and online casinos;
You have sales capabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players;
Representing different casino and sportsbook brands;
Understanding players' needs and expectations;
Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable;
Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms;
Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager;
Guiding players through the website, if necessary;
Following GDPR and Responsible Gambling regulations.

A guaranteed salary with uncapped commission:
Monday to Friday working week from 9:45 to 18:00 or from 4 pm until 12 am (weekends off);
