    Cerinte

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment of specialist and management positions
    Knowledge of interviewing and assessment techniques
    Passion for recruitment Curiosity & willingness to permanently learn
    Solution focused and creativity in solving the situations that arise, having the ability to focus on the details, while maintaining the "big picture" vision
    High level of ownership, proactivity and independence in managing one's own activities and projects
    Project management skills, analytical, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and manage some of them at the same time
    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience in interacting with business colleagues

    Main responsibilities expected from you in this role:
    Strong partnership with management in assigned service areas as to select and hire qualified candidates in accordance with the staffing objectives, company policies, procedures and processes.
    Write job postings and advertise positions on various recruitment channels and social media
    Review applicants and active search, using various tools as to identify the best match with the team
    Conduct interviews using the STAR method or other assessment methodology
    Attend assessment centers as assessor
    Attend job fairs and maintain contacts with universities, alumni groups and other organizations to identify potential future colleagues
    Maintain and develop strong partnership with the recruitment agencies
    Accurate reporting’s and market mapping
    Keep abreast of market trends in recruitment and support the organization to constantly align with them.
