    Qualifications

    Ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance&Trainer with Italian position:

    • Language skills in Italian (C1) and English (B2); any other relevant language is a plus
    • Strong IT navigation skills - fast learner in new technologies
    • Relevant experience of minimum 2 years in customer process
    • Able to produce dashboards & reports in Excel & presentation formats
    • Works with autonomy and flexibility, always with a teamwork attitude
    • Multi-tasking, agile skills and flexible to adapt to changes
    • Contributes with a positive spirit to a pleasant working environment
    • Excellent listening and communication skills
    • Good analytical skills
