Customer Care Biling with Italian and English

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

 You have a minimum level of Upper Intermediate Italian & English skills
 Able to work in a dynamic environment
 You are autonomous and proactive
 You are organized, possessing good communication & negotiation skills
 Technical matters don’t scare you, you embrace them

 Receives and logs business customer requests via calls, emails, chat, and online platform and ensures proper documentation of the request
 Processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools
 Provides client support through issue resolution, and performs escalations (e.g. billing queries not resolved, order not progressing, etc.)
 Communicate with the client via calls to clarify the issue, set expectations, and validate the resolution of the issue
 Become an expert in Telecom & Networking industry by developing and maintaining product & service knowledge
 Develop business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job training and classroom training
 Interact with business entities from various European countries
