University degree, student or recent graduate (preferably computer science, data science or related field);
Software development skills;
Fluency in Romanian language is mandatory;
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Managing the inventory of IT equipment;
Managing the process of purchasing / disposing of IT equipment and services;
Tracking contracts with IT equipment and service providers;
Tracking all cases of assistance by creating IT tickets using ticket tracking software;
Providing technical support for hardware, business applications and other software, communications systems;
Identifying and implementing digitization projects in order to increase efficiency and grow the business;
Promoting digital transformation by optimizing existing business processes and improving the workforce through frequent exchanges;
Providing application lifecycle management.
