✅ Be a native or near native Italian speaker.
✅ Have a University / College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent.
✅ Previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
✅ Have good presentation, communication, organizational and time management skills.
✅ Have excellent communication skills.
✅ Have advanced computer skills, CRM.
✅ Have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

➡️ Provide world-class service, support and guidance to our client base via chat, phone, and email.
➡️ Represent the company and product at the highest possible level.
➡️ In-depth understanding of multiple workflows, policies, and tools.
➡️ Provide to our customers knowledge, best practices in how to gather and use information, in order to be able to make informed decisions in the market.
➡️ Schedule and attend meetings.
➡️ Stay up to date on the latest financial happenings and major headlines.
➡️ Participation in exciting events in our industry (expos, seminars, etc.).
➡️ Respond in timely manner to all the needs and inquiries of our customers.
➡️ Ensure all client inquiries are responded to in full, including any follow-up inquiries.
