    Client Description:

    The Professional Placement & Executive Search division of Adecco Romania is currently looking for a Technical Sales Advisor for Renewable Energy sector for one of its clients, one of the oldest suppliers of photovoltaic installation components in Poland.


    Responsibilities:

    ·      Minimum 3 years of experience in sales – supported by results – preferred sales in the RES/photovoltaics/ or ther technical industry (technical consulting skills)

    ·      Experience in the consulting sales for business or wholesale clients

    ·      High personal culture

    ·      Independence and consistency in planning and achieving goals

    ·      Ability to positively use sales and negotiation techniques

    ·      High standard of work and attention to detail

    ·      Punctuality

    ·      Communicativeness, organizational and analytical skills

    ·      Valid category B driver’s license

    ·      Ability to establish and maintain business relationships

    ·      Knowledge of English on a minimum A2 level (communication with potential clients)

    ·      Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel – tables, Word – creating coherent content)

    ·      Involvement in the development of the company 


    Candidate Profile:

    ·      Development and active acquisition of new business customers from the renewable Energy sector ( e.g. Installers, resellers of services and products from the renewable Energy sector, wholesalers)

    ·      Realization of sales in accordance with the assumed plan

    ·      Business consulting for new and existing customers on the selection of our products (e.g. Photovoltaics, heat, pumps, car chargers, Energy storage, heating foils)

    ·      Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

    ·      Identification of new sales opportunities

    ·      Supervision, care and development of cooperation with current clients (meetings, phone calls, e-mail correspondence)

    ·      Preparing offers, analysis, contracts, reports and negotiating terms of cooperation

    ·      Taking care of the company’s good image
