    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - College degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy);
    - Fluent knowledge of English;
    - Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word);
    - Strong written and oral communication skills;
    - Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.

    Responsabilitati

    - Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations, using different tools: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, executive search, head hunting;
    - Schedule candidate interviews;
    - Participate in face to face interviews and conducting both phone and face-to-face interviews;
    - Manage multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries;
    - Realizing CV's in a standard format and creating the candidate's profile;
    - Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
    - Preparing recruitment and selection reports for clients.
