Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Bachelor's or equivalent in the engineering field: Automotive, Electrical Engineering, Automatics,
Computers, Electronics, etc.
- 15 years of experience in the field of ECM SW development (design and SW project management);
- System engineering;
- Embedded SW architecture;
- Design and validation methods for embedded SW;
- Safety rules (ISO 26262);
- Good understanding of ICE (Internal Combustion Engines) operation and their control systems (air system,
combustion, aftertreatment, torque structure, etc.);
- Very good understanding of vehicle EE (electric and electronic) architecture because the ECM interacts with
many other ECUs in the car;
- Fluency in English and a high level of technical writing quality. French is a nice to have

- Responsible (Accountable) for the respect of the MBD Process: management of the SCDRs (System Control
Design Review): STR (System Technical Requirement) review with the PFS (System Function Manager),
Design of SW architecture and use cases, SW Function validation;
- Responsible for the SW configurations;
- Workload management with Projet Manager and Algo Team Leader in order to assure the specification
deliveries according to the SW Roadmap;
- Management of Model Deliveries: planning and flux coherency between different models;
- Definition of the tools needed by Algo Team;
- Coordination of analysis and correction for transverse (multi-module and inter-system) SW anomalies during
development and industrialization phases.
