You are a student or graduate in Psychology or Human Resources related studies
You have a good sense of order and can put your ideas into practice

Responsibilities and tasks
As an intern in Systematic, you will be treated as an equal with the other employees. You will be part of our team from day one and be involved in performing the team’s tasks. You will be able to organize your working day to a considerable extent, and, following a thorough introduction to the project and domain, you will be able to handle tasks independently in the team. We will endeavor to strike a good balance between your personal wishes, your formal study requirements and our expectations and priorities. The most important thing for us is that you learn a lot and have fun while you are here, and that you get ample opportunity for professional and personal development
Your daily tasks will involve:
Searching both active and passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn & other recruitment platforms)
Identifying potential candidates in accordance with job descriptions.
Understanding the recruitment process within the company & the IT field
Proofreading, copywriting and publishing job descriptions and job postings and managing various job banks
Helping the recruitment team both in Bucharest and internationally
Supporting colleagues’ tasks by way of exciting ad-hoc tasks within HR
Learning about LinkedIn Recruiter and searching techniques
Other recruitment administrative tasks and reports

Practical information
Travel might be expected to our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark
The internship will last six months, starting in February 2023. The internship is initially designed as a full-time position, but naturally we are flexible in relation to your studies and university schedule.
We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Additionally, it is a requirment to obtain a security clearance when working in our Defence Business Unit. Please read more here.
