Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
Very good English skills
Business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
Good collaboration skills & customer oriented
Ability to meet goals and deadlines and time management skills
Proactive & innovative attitude, with continuous improvement mindset
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ APO / BW) and master data tools will be an advantage
Knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications will be a plus

In this role, you will develop mastery in the purchasing ordering processes & tools and will work and interact with multiple functions within the company or even with external suppliers.
Coordinate purchasing documents creation & maintenance, ensuring the work is performed via aligned systems & tools.
Ensure that procurement processes adhere to P&G stewardship policies.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal P&G users and P&G non-employees and act as an escalation point.
Work on day-to-day procurement issues using tactical systems and purchasing tools.
Initiate/perform regular system data cleanup with regards to purchasing documents.
Address any gaps/issues/mistakes in ordering processes & recommend potential solutions.
Support the evolution & implementation of new tools & validate & execute high variance price changes in P&G SAP system.
