    For our client, a multinational company from FMCG industry, we are looking for a dynamic, high-performing and talented Area Sales Representative - Transylvania, that is eager to develop his career in a professional environment.

    - University Degree;
    - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
    - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic statistical analytical knowledge;
    - Driving license;
    - Native speaker of Romanian language and good level of English;
    - Excellent presentation and communication skills;
    - Flexibility, problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple assignments;
    - Ability to anticipate and meet diverse and challenging customer requirements;
    - Excellent organizational skills;
    - Strong team player and strong ethics;
    - Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
    - Ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

    Responsabilitati

    - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase future business opportunities;
    - Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance;
    - Build-up an efficient routing, visit clients to evaluate needs or promote products, prepare weekly visits planning and set up achievable visit goals;
    - Solicit orders from clients in person or by phone and register the orders in the system (using Set2Sell);
    - Communicate on actual promotions and convince clients to use promotions;
    - Prepare proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients;
    - Direct participation on negotiation, preparation of contracts and completion of them;
    - Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure individual and team sales growth objectives;
    - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory;
    - Conduct high level business conversations with business owners and decision makers;
    - Deliver product trainings as needed;
    - Ensure brand visibility by outplacing promotional, merchandising & communication materials regularly;
    - Attend exhibits, conferences and other professional events;
    - Operate with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times.
