    HPE is looking for a dynamic EMEA Collections Associate (French Division) to join our Finance team! The primary responsibility of the Collections Analyst is to collect payments on outstanding Accounts Receivables.     • Analyses and recommends customer credit limits based upon credit scores.
    • Investigates potential credit fraud and works closely with internal security and business partners to resolve.
    • Resolves credit issues independently.
    • Negotiates down payment with customers and company sales staff to allow customer to purchase above their credit limit.
    • Analyses and researches customer's receivables account delinquency and determines the type of communication method to facilitate payment.
    • Resolves disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiates and ensures payment from customer.
    • Recognizes trends for non- payment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners.
    • Initiates the dispute resolution process with internal company partners and follows issue and ensures resolution for the company and customer.
    • Analyses at-risk customers and recommends account strategies to prevent delinquencies.
    Your Profile:
    • Holding a Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
    • Proficiency in French and English languages is mandatory.
    • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, ability to address customer needs and to foster a positive experience.
    • Well organized with a strong attention to details. Ability to handle several priorities.
    • A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, who likes working with a wide range of people.
    • Some understanding of collection processes and financial concepts are advantageous.
