    About the role:

    An experienced Business Analyst working on a strategic global change programme within the Technology COO. The role will work for the Delivery Execution Lead and is non-technical in nature.

    Key is the ability to work across LSEG Business Divisions with diverse stakeholders all with different priorities and establish uniform reporting and escalation opportunities to support delivery of the benefits case to the Programme. Attention to detail is a key part of the role with data forming an integral part of the end-to-end process. The role has an opportunity to interact with global stakeholders across all areas of Technology.

    Key responsibilities of the role:

    • Provide business/data/process related analysis support for the Execution Workstream
    • Ability to document processes and identify process improvements/process standardisation opportunities
    • Ability to track and chase actions and deliverables across workstream and stakeholders
    • Effective issue tracking and issue escalation responsibilities
    • Effective minuting of meetings/actions held across the team with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong data management and data validation responsibilities across all data used in the Execution Delivery workstreams
    • Internal / external stakeholder engagement responsibilities with Execution Workstream
    • Work effectively with globally diverse teams

    Essential Skills/Experience Required:

    • Visio and/or Powerpoint to document processes and produce decks/reporting.
    • Strong Excel experience to track, report and manage large data sets
    • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under own initiative
    • Good communication, presentation, and written skills

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Previous experience of working in a financial organisation
