    About the role:

    This role will be working on a strategic global change programme within the Technology COO within the Site Execution / Delivery workstream of the programme and is non-technical in nature.

    The capability to chase up tasks, manage small project delivery tasks and provide bandwidth to the lead PM/Programme managers. Ensuring key meetings that they hold are well prepared in advance, data is accurate and tracking outcomes. It will involve working with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners with stakeholders from across all areas of Technology and with international teams. This role is part of the delivery project.

    Key responsibilities of the role:

    • Take a lead on smaller project deliverables
    • Track and progress key actions or deliverables, supporting the Lead
    • Follow / maintain key governance controls including document control
    • Work effectively with globally diverse teams
    • Ability to work on own initiative
    • Office locations Bucharest

    Key Relationships:

    • Internal Delivery Execution Lead (direct line manager)
    • External Delivery Execution Lead
    • Overall Programme Leads / Programme Directors
    • Internal Delivery Managers
    • Partner Delivery Partner Teams

    Essential Skills/Experience Required:

    • Previous experience in a similar PM role (min 3 years)
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, often dynamic project, adapting to change quickly
    • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under own initiative
    • Ability to chase / track delivery items effectively
    • Good communication, presentation, and written skills
    • Previous experience in team coordination / management
    • Basic level of Excel / PowerPoint use in order to track data and prepare reports using standard templates
    • Degree or equivalent

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
    • Previous experience of working in a financial organisation
