    Requirements

    What should I bring to the table?


    • Graduates or students, minimum of Baccalaureate Diploma.

    • Proficiency in English and French

    • Professional qualification in one of the following fields: translations, customer service, indirect sales, technical assistance, etc. is a plus.

    • PC operating skills, MS Office package.

    • Previous experience in the fields: customer relations or in the medical field is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    What will my future role be about?


    • Provides assistance to customers, sales representatives and employees by e-mail in English and French.

    • Acts as the first point of contact with customers.

    • Registers verbal or written requests and / or complaints received from end users and escalates them, if necessary.

    • Records verbal or written requests received from end users in an accurate manner according to the procedures and within the previously established interval time.

    • Registers cases in the client's internal systems.

    • Processes Product Replacement cases.

    • Carries out reports upon customer’s requests.

    • Contributes to improving the process.



    When dealing with complaints and escalations:


    •Proactively addresses any potential user issues.

    •Continuously provides data to the Process Manager and the Head of Department, to the contact person from the Client about the existence of user dissatisfaction cases.

    •Ensures the structure and quality of communication to the client complies with team standards.

    •Manages exceptional situations with obtaining the necessary approvals.
    Continuously provides end-user data for timely incident resolution.
