TEAM LEADER CYBER SECURITY, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements:

- 7 years of experience working in IT / Cyber security / Risk Management domain with at least 2-3 years experience in people management /activity management roles;
- Good knowledge of IAM tools and processes;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- Excellent stakeholder management, high autonomy and engagement skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships;
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats;
- Ability to work in cross-cultural setup and matrix organization structure.

Responsibilities:

- Run and improve continuously the IAM activities, in particular IAM recertifications and IAM controls;
- Define and provide KPIs required to steer the performance of the team and activities;
- Take in charge the management of the team in Romania from recruitment, performance workload management, career development for resources reporting to you directly;
- Functional coordination of the entire IAM controls and recertification team;
- Be the full process owner and contribute to industrialization of standards and processes, aiming for synergies and continuous improvement;
- Coordinates a team of 10 people (with the desire to grow up to 15 people) with positions of: Cyber Security, IT Security Analyst, Operational IT Risk Analyst.
