    Requirements

    Who are we looking for - Requirements:

    - University degree (Economics/ Finance/ Accounting);
    - Experience in finance / accounting-related position;
    - Strong numerical abilities and good analytical skills;
    - Ability to work under pressure, respecting tight deadlines;
    - Good Knowledge of Excel, SAP will be a plus;
    - English upper intermediate to advanced level;
    - Good planning and organizing abilities;
    - Proactive, excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    What will you do - Responsibilities:

    - Ensure proper record of invoices representing miscellaneous purchases;
    - Ensure correct accounting and fiscal treatment of VAT & expenses from both perspectives RAS/IFRS;
    - Timely and accurate GL accounts & vendors’ reconciliation;
    - Contract confirmation in local database application;
    - IBAN accounts’ validation in local ERP application for accurate payments;
    - Offers support to Global Business Services colleagues AP invoices related;
    - Invoices and contracts' archiving.
