    Requirements

    Mandatory Skills Description:
    Sales analysis, sales team management, budget planning and forecasting, product management, negotiation skills, account management, result-oriented

    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    Marketing management, IT background will be a plus, multi-national communication skills

    Responsibilities

    Project Description:Luxoft Training - is a commercial department in Luxoft that is responsible for selling training services to external clients worldwide. Our team is multi-national, so you will have to work with representatives from different cultures.

    Responsibilities:
    - Create budgets, forecast sales
    - Analyze sales data and statistics to determine the most effective sales strategies
    - Monitor customer preferences and performance to develop a focused sales plan
    - Project sales and evaluate the sales potential and overall profitability of the company's products and services
    - Determine discounts or special pricing of products and services
    - Coordinate training for the sales team
    - Advise the sales team on ways to improve their sales performance
    - Recruit, hire and train new members of the sales team
