    As a Business Development Manager, you'll select and identify strategic new business opportunities (suppliers & business models) and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Choicefully identify new opportunities of business by researching industry and related events;
    • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities; choose from potential suppliers requests projects to be analized
    • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments;
    • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals;
    • Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan;
    • Lead companies tenders, initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities;
    • Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation and process to capture profitable business opportunity;
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations;
    • Maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client;
    • Accurate data entry and tracking;
    • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers;
    • Work closely with operations regarding market conditions, pricing issues and current competition within markets;
    Requirements
    • Excellent presentation skills;
    • Expert knowledge of Outlook, Power Point and Excel;
    • Create, read, interpret, and improve charts, graphs, and other data;
    • Ability to meet sales goals;
    • Knowledge of FMCG, Retail industry;
    • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment while always meeting or exceeding the standards;
    • Proficient in utilization of digital tools to monitor performance, manage pipeline reports and identifying new business opportunities;
    • Higher education completed with a bachelor's degree;
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
    • Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
    • Negotiation skills and analytical thinking;
    • Ethics and integrity;
    • Very good command of business English
    • Category B driving license;
