• Education: Completed technical studies with a focus on data science, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field
• Personality: You are communicative, team-oriented and distinguish yourself through your independence and solution orientation
• Working method: High ability to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge, coupled with distinct communication and
• stakeholder management skills.
• Experience: Experience in team planning as well as in the application of agile methods
• Know-how: Knowledge of JIRA, GitHub and / or similar software development environments
• Enthusiasm: You are actively involved in the development and further development of our team, and you also want
• to develop personally and professionally 
• Languages: Good spoken and written English skills

We are currently looking for a "Process Responsible for Agile Planning" to work within our team.
Being a Process Responsible for Agile Planning, you own the responsibility of process and methods definition in line with the PS-EC SW development evolution and progression, bringing in "NEW" process innovation, and industry best practices to make best in class Process Landscape. " You will be part of our Quality team with project in Powertrain field and you will be engaged and collaborate with global and local Process Responsible from Process Methods and Tools organization for process implementation.

In your role you will:

• Define of the processes and methods to efficiently carry out line resource planning (non-Agile and Agile)
• Work conscientiously to ensure seamless transfer of the methodology into a tool solution - associated with the
• technical management of the development team
• Implement at holistically and offer support when switching to agile product development in the automotive sector
