    - Studii superioare finalizate;
    - Cunostinte PC la un nivel foarte bun (MS Office);
    - Dorinta de invatare si dezvoltare;
    - Excelente abilitati de comunicare si de interrelationare;
    - Ambitie si determinare;
    - Abilitati excelente de planificare si organizare;
    - Atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    - Posteaza anunturi de recrutare pe canalele de recrutare agreate;
    - Selecteaza candidatii pe baza CV-urilor, in functie de profilul candidatului si cerintele postului;
    - Contacteaza candidatii selectati in vederea programarii interviurilor;
    - Sustine interviurile de angajare;
    - Ofera feedback candidatilor si actualizeaza baza de date;
    - Tine evidenta posturilor vacante;
    - Comunica constant cu managerii de echipe, in vederea identificarii necesarului de personal;
    - Programeaza viitorii angajati la examenul de medicina muncii;
    - Acorda suport colegilor din departament pe zona administrativa de personal;
    - Participa la proiecte interne de HR.
