Manpower is recruiting Junior Business Analyst for one of it’s clients, a multinational information technology company.

REQUIREMENTS:

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience;
2+ years of experience in an analytical role;
Experience in a number of business analytical roles would be a plus;
Understanding of financial processes and principles;
Good business application skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint –advanced);
Power BI experience would be preferable;
Fluent in English (verbal and written);
Excellent time management and communication skills;
Good data analysis and interpretation skills with ability to relate and explain these in business context with conclusions and actions;
Preferably, experience in working with Sales Organization.

The Junior Pricing Business Analyst will be expected to quickly build an understanding of the company's financial plan and how pricing decisions impact business units and focused product categories;
Working closely with Pricing Strategist the successful candidate will provide GEO teams with data points and analysis which can help explain prior performance and influence future pricing decisions;
The Junior Pricing Business Analyst will be expected to share these analytics (including recommended actions) with Senior Business leaders across multiple functions within the organization;
Analytics will evolve over time so the role requires a self-starter who is willing to place courage over comfort when developing business based insights;
Tools in which analytics can be built and shared are evolving rapidly so prior experience in these new apps and programs is preferred;
Being able to relate analytics to business outcomes is imperative and critical to the success of not just the Pricing Business Analyst but the wider Pricing teams.
Participates to all the training meetings and provides feedback or recommendations to help improve the trainings delivered;
If required, helps the new employees in completing all mandatory trainings/tasks according to the New Employee Program;
Can deliver or assist a training/presentation meant to explain how the department’s processes work or a presentation concerning general administration issues;
Acts like a team member, providing information, analytics and recommendation in order to support team’s efforts;
Ensures full transparency of information, documenting it on the internal SharePoint.
