    Experience Required

    • Preferred: 1.5+ years HR experience Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
    • MS Office package acumen
    • Problem Solving skills - diagnoses, negotiates and orchestrates the solutions to solve business problems;
    • Excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels.
    • Knowledge of the systems and technologies used (SuccessFactors - Employee
    • Central, Case Management System, Knowledge Management System etc) will be a plus.
    • Knowledge of HR policies and processes, interpretation of information necessary to provide support or resolve transactions;
    • Customer Service - provides services necessary to meet customer needs, identifies continuous opportunities to deliver services with a professional result and good quality;
    • Problem Solving - identifies, negotiates and coordinates the solutions needed to solve problems

    Responsibilities

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Responsible for solving requests within the Personnel Administration and Data Management area and providing replies to employees and line managers’ standard queries related to the specialist’s area of expertise
    • Provides Personnel Administration professional expertise and makes sure all HR administrative processes are performed and aligned with the standard operating procedures
    • Provides generalist HR advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general queries, acting as the first point of contact for BAT employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the available self-service channels;
    • Replies to queries, solves assigned tasks, escalates cases if needed
