    Cerinte

    Bachelor's Degree in supply chain business or a related field required
    Excellent Romanian communication skills (written and oral)
    Minimum of two years of progressive job experience in demand or supply planning
    Working knowledge of SAP and demand planning tools (JDA)
    Strong analytical skills required with ability to draw and present findings on solutions
    Ability to work with large number of products
    Ability to work with large amount of data
    Strong analytical skills
    Ability to develop relationships with other S&OP stakeholders

    Responsabilitati

    Develop demand planning forecast in units and values
    Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results
    Build the forecast on SKU level for assigned country (Romania and Hungary)
    Interact with Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers
    Present forecast results, construction and trends on business meetings
    Manage forecasting meeting for the owned categories/brands to obtain demand planning input to assure alignment between Company sales plans and rolling forecast (up to 18 months), highlighting deviations between the plans
    Develop, maintain and report forecast accuracy with root cause analysis to drive improved outputs
    Closely monitor and plan promotional activities together with Marketing, Customer Marketing and Sales
    Drive and support global and local demand planning, supply chain and logistic related projects
